We guarantee your Automatic Mahjong Table will arrive in working condition. If it is damaged during shipping we will ship a replacement at no charge to you. Includes shipping cost for the return of the damaged table.

 

 Damaged Automatic Mahjong Table and parts MUST be returned to us in order to receive a new one. Damaged boxes and parts MUST be noted on the shipping/bill of ladding documents at the time of delivery. Please inspect the boxes well before the shipping company leaves and notify us immediatley. Pictures of damaged boxes and table/parts must be emailed to us immediately.

 

Warranty

 

We warranty the Automatic Mahjong Table for a period of six months against manufacture defects ONLY, it does not cover abuse, or damage by electric power company surges or water/liquids damage.

 

We will provide free phone support and parts during normal business hours (EST) for period of six months.

 

Returns

 

We will accept returns with in 7days only after you receive merchandise. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping return cost. Buyer agrees to use a reputable shipping company such as UPS or any LTL providor only and provide full value insurance. All returns must be in original packaging only no exceptions. Buyer must first call and receive authorization code (RAC) which must be included with the return.

Shipping cost to most states is $275.00 US. Does not include the following states: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or the any other USA territories. Please ask for a shipping quote before purchasing.

 

International

 

International buyers must contact us with your postal code for a shipping quote. Please do not use the pay button as the default shipping cost WILL not be enough to cover the shipping cost.
